I am happy to share that I got job as Technical Support Advisor at Concentrix. Its definitely not what I was aiming for but something to kickstart with.

I finally bagged that HR offer I was so eagerly looking for. I was also able to successfully negotiate a 5k extra on my base pay by showcasing my value proposition exactly the way I was coached. I will be joining as a Recruitment & HR Coordinator with Axis Family Resources Limited in my city itself next week. From an hourly job to a 70k base + performance pay + all benefits permanent job in a tight and competive job market (especially for HR) I am super glad I signed up with MPM. Thanks to Chetanya Sharma for setting up this ecosystem and to Praateek Parashar and Ria for always being so accessible and encouraging! A huge thanks to everyone and, best of luck fellow job seekers. I hope I can be of help to anyone who needs it.

I’ve received offers from both Scotiabank and TD! This is truly one of the best moments since arriving in Canada, and I’m beyond grateful for the opportunities ahead. After more than 2 years of trying, I finally got the role of Workforce Planning Analyst at Reliance Home Comfort!. I used the MPM strategy, and one of the VP actually replied - and forwarded my resume to HR. I kept following up with HR the whole time, and even though I didn’t get that role, the HR appreciated my interest so much that she called me directly, offered me an interview. - The best part? That same HR later called me back and offered me both positions, including the one I was initially rejected for and let me choose which one I was more interested in. Thank You so much Ruhi for your constant guidance and support throughout the preparation. Your help made all the difference during the interview. Forever grateful. I was offered yesterday a job as a Bilingual Fraud Analyst at RBC and I was reached out today by a recruiter from CIBC for scheduling a virtual meeting for a Bilingual Mortgage Advisor position. Good days ahead. Thanks to all the mentors for the job you are doing, I won't be there without you.

I got the job offer for the position of 'Project Manager' at the University of Manitoba! Thank you everyone for being so supportive through my journey. Finally got part time job as a Medical Lab Tech in Lifelabs. I am so happy and thankful to this community, they gave motivation and confidence to start my career back after 4 years of gap. It was feeling like I am not getting job but all thanks to mpm group.

I’ve landed a job at Kawartha Credit Union as a Branch Ambassador! It’s been two months of quiet, steady effort and haven’t been active at posting much. I’m so glad to be here now. Huge thanks to this amazing community, the mentors, Praateek Parashar, Chetanya Sharma and Ria, and the moderators for all the support!... Tbh, I wasn’t super consistent with cold emails, but regular, intentional applications made all the difference. Be patient and keep showing up it truly pays off Grateful for everything I’ve learned here and happy to help as well.

I’ve officially signed my offer with Shopify as a Merchant Support Advisor! This journey wasn’t easy — lot of persistence, prep, and lessons learned along the way. I leaned on some amazing tools and strategies by MPM that truly made a difference - ✅ Prateek’s tip on sounding genuinely enthusiastic in the first 15 seconds ✅ Smart follow-up email templates that kept me on their radar ✅ Stories of others' success that gave me motivation when I needed it most ✅ A resume crafted using the MPM format that stood out ✅ The interview prep guide that helped me confidently explain gaps and short-term roles One thing I’ve learned is this: there will come a day when every struggle pays off. If I can do it, you can too. Trust this one time— and trust yourself. After being rejected in a final interview at another company, I took that setback as a lesson. I reflected, adapted, and came back stronger, with one thought in mind: get that offer letter.

I’ve officially received my offer letter! After attending the webinar, I applied the job search strategies shared by our amazing mentor Praateek Parashar, especially tailoring my resume with the right keywords and it really worked! Before this, I also applied for a volunteer position, which I’m happy to share that I successfully landed as well. I'm currently volunteering as a Social Media Manager at the nonprofit organisation, while also stepping into my NOC job as an Office Administrative Assistant. However, I’ll keep working on myself and will land my dream job as Marketing Manager. Honestly, there was a time I felt completely demotivated and disheartened after not hearing back from companies. But once I learned how to approach it the right way, I became unstoppable.

Just after a day of joining MPM, I gave virtual interview for Office Admin position in Mississauga, things worked and I got call back from them yesterday, stating they want to go ahead with me and will send the job offer soonish! - So Yayyyy! I was waiting for this since long and now when I have it, I will cherish it!

Finally got the opportunity to be employed again and I am starting this Wednesday. The interview I had with TD worked well and was in the process of background verification they said wait until you receive a call from us today got the call to meet the team on Wednesday. Really would like to thank Ria for listening and understanding my situation. Mentors Sruthi and Ruhi for all the preparations, doubt solving and replies to my anytime messages really cannot express in words how happy I m finally gonna be in the market again.

I’ve received an offer letter for the role of Supply Chain Buyer at United Trimen! I’m also deeply grateful to all the mentors who guided me through every interview and helped me grow. One of my biggest challenges was communication, but with consistent effort and support, I’ve improved and gained the confidence to communicate effectively in conversations. You all are amazing, truly! I’m excited to begin this new chapter.

I was waiting for the decision from two companies, I got both the job offers! ‘Project Administrator-Design’ at Actalent and ‘Project Coordinator’ at Axis Technical. I’m extremely thankful and grateful to Kaushal, my mentor, for his help every step of the way and for supporting me throughout the process. A big thanks to Praateek Parashar, with whom I had a highly invested session, that really helped me design my answers so perfectly, not just for behavioural but also the technical rounds. I’ve even been able to negotiate for the first time ever. It might not be the final goal, but I’m really excited for the new endeavours and looking forward to growing more!
